Give us your terms and we'll prepare the document so it's ready for signature, with every applicable addendum attached. You review and approve before anything goes to your client.

 

Contract preparation is billed up front, on invoice.

• Revise the document and collect initials if a counter-offer comes back (one round of revisions included)
• Once accepted, review and confirm the document is fully executed by both sides
